- Glass bottles to be placed in the special container for glass.
- Newspapers, magazines, cardboard, and plastic packaging, as well as cans to be placed in the container with a yellow lid.
- Household waste to be placed in a closed plastic bag in the container with a green lid.
- Drying clothes, beach towels and bed linen must not be hung visibly from the windows or over walls/railings.
- Ball games are not allowed in the common areas. Instead please use the municipality’s facilities across the road.
- Play in the common areas after 22.00 must take place quietly for the sake of the other residents.
- Noise on the balconies/terraces must not disturb the neighbours.
- Use of “Place des Sources” is not allowed after 22.00 for the sake of the neighbouring apartments.
- Major events at “Place des Sources” only with the permission of the Board.
- A maximum of 30 km/h speed must be respected inside the barrier.
- Car wash with soap is not allowed.
- Parking is only permitted in the marked spaces.
- Inflatable lilos and toys/beach balls must be removed from the pool areaevery day after use.
- Please pay attention to the particular “Rules of Conduct for the use of the swimming pool”.
